Tracking numbers are sent to the email address listed on the order. You can also access your tracking number via the tracking numbers.
The product is covered against manufacturing defects i.e., a flaw in the product design, materials, or workmanship that causes the product to no longer function. In the event there are multiple blinds/shades in the same room, only the defective blind / shade will be replaced.
Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged as they are built to your specifications. If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we will (at our discretion) do one of the following: • Repair the product • Replace the product • Refund the cost of the product
All motors are standard products, the new developed motor will be compatible with the discontinued products. Discontinued items or color selections will be replaced with the closest equivalent current product.
All Motorization products extends a 3-year warranty if the product was properly installed and remains in the original window. Improper handling or improper operation is not covered.
We accept wire transfer or check payable to our company.
On average, our custom products can be received by 2 weeks after order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
Yes, we can ship products internationally.
